Bobbin thread that comes out on top of the work

The bobbin thread should never be visible on top of the embroidery

• Incorrect bobbin threading
• Redo the spool threading
• (check the thread path)
• Thread tension too tight
• Wrong size of the embroidery design
• Thread jam
• under the book
• The machine is braked or
• stops, the fabric deforms because the threads are tangled on the back forming a “bird’s nest” under the fabric:

• Worn needle, to be
• changed (this cannot
• always be seen with the naked eye)
• Bobbin incorrectly threaded or incorrectly placed in its case
• Bobbin unsuitable for the machine (this cannot always be seen with the naked eye)
• Operate the threaded needle with the handwheel to bring up any pieces of stuck thread
• Disassemble the needle plate and the bobbin case to dust with a brush (some threads such as cotton clog the machine more quickly)
